Biography

Right after finishing Law School in 2001, Diana G. Caiafa-English served a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Diane B. Cohen, Presiding Judge of the Family Division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Bridgeton, N. J. Thereafter, Diana worked for the Law Firm of Cooper Levenson from 2002 through 2014. During her time at Cooper Levenson, Diana gained significant experience in successfully pursuing and defending claims in both New Jersey Superior Court and Federal District Court  involving various areas of law including: Personal Injury representing plaintiffs and defendants for accidents arising from personal and commercial automobiles; wrongful death claims; construction defect claims; premise liability and slip and falls; workers compensation; and various aspects of Education Law defending litigation against School Boards involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, HIB and IDEA. Diana also has experience in successfully litigating claims in the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.

In 2012 Diana was named as a New Jersey Rising Star, an accolade which honors the top up-and coming attorneys in New Jersey.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Caiafa-English focuses her practice on personal injury including injuries due to car accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, construction defects, professional malpractice, and Workers’ Compensation. She also handles Educational law matters including HIB, IDEA, and discrimination protected by the NJLAD.
